APARA Privacy Notice (waitlist)

Who we are. APARA (houseofapara.com) is a new brand being prepared for launch. It is not yet a registered company. In this notice, "we" and "us" mean the APARA business, which is responsible for your personal data. Contact: privacy@houseofapara.com. If you need our full legal details, for example to make a request or a complaint, email us and we will give them to you. We will name the company here once it is formed.

What we collect. When you join our waitlist we collect your first name, your email address, the date and time you joined, the wording you agreed to, and which page or link you signed up from.

Why. To send you news about APARA's launch and early access by email, to keep a record of your consent, and to see which pages and links bring people to our waitlist. We don't sell your data or use it for anything else.

Your choice. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing privacy@houseofapara.com. We will then stop emailing you.

Who holds it. Your details are stored by Cloudflare, Inc. (our website host) in its database service, and Cloudflare may process them in the United States and other countries. Before we start sending emails, we will move them to our email provider. We will update this notice first, naming that provider.

How long. Until you unsubscribe or we close the waitlist. After that, we keep only your email address and the date, so we don't email you again.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing privacy@houseofapara.com. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the rights given by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your data protection authority. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Cloudflare's processing is covered by its data processing agreement, which includes recognised safeguards for international transfers.

Age. Our waitlist is for adults (18+).

Our handling of your data is governed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
